You can enter the center until 30 minutes before the end of service hours.
- Closed days
- - Every Monday, every January 1st, New Year's Day, and Chuseok.
※ However, when Monday is a public holiday under Article 2 of the Regulations on Public Holidays of Government Offices, the first weekday following the public holiday will be closed.

- - All facilities are non-smoking areas.
- Visitors are prohibited from bringing food into the facilities and entering with pets other than guide dogs.
- Before entering the main building, please turn off your cell phone or switch to vibration.
- Please stay quiet in the main building and refrain from running around.
- Please refrain from touching or damaging things in the main building.
- In the main building, filming using flash/tripod, etc. and filming for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited.
- Wheeled shoes, bicycles, kickboards, inline skates, and skateboards are prohibited in the facilities.

- KTX Gongju Station: By taxi (approximately 15 minutes)
- By bus
- Gongju Station: Get on at Gongju Station → Transferring to Jukrim-ri Stop, Hwagok-ri Stop → Get off at Jonghakdang Stop (approximately 30 minutes) Nonsan Station: Get on at Nonsan Digital Plaza Stop, Nonsan Station Stop → Get off at Jonghakdang Stop (approximately 45 minutes) Nonsan Intercity Bus Terminal: Get on at the Intercity Bus Terminal Stop → Get off at Jonghakdang Stop, Byeongsa-ri Stop (approximately 40 minutes)
- By car
- Departure from Seoul: Gyeongbu Expressway → Nonsan-Cheonan Expressway → Tancheon IC → Tancheon TG → Right turn toward Gongju Station, Noseong, Nonsan (462 m) → Left turn toward 643 local road Noseong, Gongju (2.8 km) → 105 m after entering Jonghakdang-gil (approximately 15 minutes)
